TIFFE provides outreach in selected communities through individual and group services that are designed to strengthen youth resilience by addressing

  • self-awareness
  • self-esteem
  • problem-solving skills
  • coping skills
  • learning to make healthy and positive personal decisions
TIFFE Outreach Program also provides opportunities for youth in these communities to participate in pro-social, positive activities with other youth during school as well as during school breaks and inter-sessions.  For more information on these services, please contact Kenda Mochica at our (808) 596 8433.

Together We Can

Care, Aspire, Nuture project encourages constructive lifestyles and behaviors by promoting prosocial youth development activities. The Project encourages youth to participate in service learning activities in a caring environment that support drug-free lifestyles, thus discouraging the experimentation of alcohol and other drugs (AOD). The project is built upon community readiness to deal with AOD and related issues. We are open to work with boys and girls scout-troops, church youth groups, sports teams. There is no cost for most services that include:

  • 12 hour drug prevention workshops<
  • 1-3 hour parent trainings,
  • tailored pro-social activities.
